Mount Olive Hospital is situated in Techiman, Bono East Region. Sansama- Near APS School. Techiman has a population of about 30,000. Techiman is about 400km from the capital Accra and located in the middle area of Ghana. Techiman city has good road network portable drinking water, good communication network, lots of food and fruits to eat. Techiman city is peaceful.

On the 6th of November 2007, Mount Olives Hospital was established as self 42nd birthday gift to DR. Gladstone Kessie Kwame. The hospital was set as a wholly private institute and operated from small rented premises along the main Techiman Sansama road. At the time, the rooms were so small for patients and clients were often at the mercy of the rains under small tents. During the wet seasons, clients were often beaten by rain in an attempt to seek help sometimes compounding their problem.
This touched the heart of DR Gladstone Kessie Kwame to start dreaming about a Modern Hospital for the people of Techiman. This vision was shared with friends and patients. In 2012 the vision was accomplish and the hospital moved into a modern 100-bed capacity hospital, with a full range of services.
We welcome interested clinicians or researchers who wish to work on Summer vacations or on pension and are ready to volunteer in various areas.
